Subject: there is nothing quite like a lonely 3am

Havent been sleeping too well. Wanged my neck at work about a month ago. Not too bad, but enough to keep me up sometimes lately. Docs saying pinched a nerve at 7th vertabrae and not permanent. W.c. raising hell since there was no specific event. Hell, there are a million and a half ways to get hurt on my job. Heavy lifting, having to twist and stretch in ways 7 different kinds of unnatural. I bonk my head a dozen times a day. Go back to the doc today. Maybe they will do something helpful.
