The only thing he has to do is heal, all else will be what it will be. This poor soul is going through such
overwhelming pain, that words cannot be formed without tears.
However, the one thing I have learned about such life and death matters, is that a game plan to save some ones' life is vital. So his state of mind is sooo important to keep on the positive, it is the difference between life and death at this point of his path.
Right now, right here; he needs to take that time to do what he needs to do in order to get back to working and playing. Look at it this way: It's the universe trying to tell ya to slow your ass down a bit. One hurdle at a time.
The world will wait.
As for his nephew; oh my dear Sumo, how I wish I could say something to make that go away. The anguish and pain Demetrius and his family feels I could only empathize as a parent. I know what it is like to stand aside and watch some one you love drift into the arms of death. I will keep them in my thoughts. (it is much too painful to say anymore.)
One thing is for sure: The sun will rise tomorrow upon this beautiful world, bringing a new day and hope. (For us of darker preferences a moon, if you will).
And the world really is filled with beauty, joy, and it is wonderful (in spite of the pain).

By the way Sumo, please relate to Demetrius he better fucking get better, or he's going to have to answer to me, and I am not as reasonable as I used to be.
(And I'm not as fucking nice as I used to be, hahaha!!!)
