I personally believe... That.. I believe that South Carolina as a unit, should have a right to get up, and bitch slap this child upside the head just for making the folks in South Carolina look bad.

10: Inner breeding ain't right.
9: Never wear your bra too tight since it cuts off the circulation to your brain.
8: This rule goes for BOTH sexes.
7: Never make public speeches if your family tree grows straight up.
6: Never let Matt Lauer pick the people The Today Show is going to interview.
5: Miss South Carolina should go to Iraq, just to help our homeland security.

2: Cocaine should NEVER be mixed with hairspray.
