Subject: a few more postings and how I am

I posted a few more things at www.voy.com/160510/
started physical therapy but still am shelved for at least another week.
My neck and shoulder are in alot of pain
just a pain to get hurt while working
writing a bit, sleeping mostly, not up to much.
