Subject: I want a good old fashioned crawfish boil

One of the reasons I wanted to live in Louisiana were the old memories I had from childhood of crawfish boils. I can still see it. Sawhorses lined up with plywood on top and newspapers covering that. Unbelievable amounts of food, crawfish, potatos, corn, potato salad, and all the other fixings in easy reach. It wasn't an invitation type thing. It was a set up in the yard and holler to passersby to come grab a plate and everyone welcome kind of thing. Everybody would just eat and talk as if they had known each other their whole lives even if they just met. It was a beautiful thing.
