HI all

I need you all to please start yourprayers for my little family....as you know Hannah was diagnosed with ADHD last year, shes on daily medication to help her to be able to control her activness. Well we got a call from her teacher on Tuesday and she was very concerned with Hannah and her behavior, she said that Hannah seems to be struggling with simple task at school, following directions and at times acting as if shes completely lost when the teacher ask her to do something as simple as "take out your workbook and pencil". We have noticed the same type of behavior at home but thought that she just simple wasnt listening, but it seems as if its gotten worse and that its starting to effect Hannah to the point that she gets very frustrated. We took her to the Dr today and they up'd her dosage on her medication and are sending us to an Occupational Therapist in Baton Rouge stating that Hannah has APD, Auditory Processing Disorder which pretty much means that Hannah has the ability to hear what people say, but for some reason her brain doesnt recieve the information. I am not sure what will happen next but the clinic is supposed to call us to schedule an appointment, we are having trouble trying to find an occupational therapist in our network. So please keep Hannah in your prayers that she stay strong through all this, shes having a rough time with her self esteem right now. But thank you all and we love yall. We will keep everyone posted on everything.
