For 1 Person:

1. 1/2 CUP GROUND BEEF
2. 1 CLOVE GARLIC – DICED (adjust for taste)
3. 1 TEA SPOON ONION – DICED
4. 1/4 TEA SPOON SALT
5. 1/4 TEA SPOON BLACK PEPPER
6. 1 TABLE SPOON BUTTER OR MARGARINE
7. 1 TABLE SPOON FLOUR & 3/4 CUP MILK

IN HEAVY SAUCE PAN (1 QUART).....

1) ADD GARLIC, ONION, SALT & PEPPER TO GROUND BEEF AND COOK UNTIL BEEF IS BROWNED, DRAIN EXCESS GREASE......

2) ADD BUTTER TO BEEF MIXTURE AND COOK 2 MINUTES

3) ADD FLOUR AND COOK APPROXIMATELY 2-3 MINUTES

4) GRADUALLY ADD MILK STIRRING CONSTANTLY UNTIL MIXTURE THICKENS


JUST MULTIPLY THE NUMBER OF 1/2 CUPS BY THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE YOU PLAN TO SERVE... SUGGEST YOU SERVE ON 2 PIECES OF TOAST WITH ONE EGG, 2 SLICE OF BACON
