Life is not for us to understand; it is just for us to live. However, I live for the good moments, the ones I used call little vacations from my misery. I have come to accept my mental, emotional, and phyiscal/medical conditions. I do not fight my moments of deep depression and hopelessnes, I just move through them, back to my normal chronic depression and anxiety, and onto the moments of good times and feelings, and they pass... and on and on... I do not fight or expect a cure from my chronic depression and anxiety either. This makes for living with it all with relative comfortableness. I had to work for this and go through the red traffic light of fear often. Teddy Rosevelt (sp?) once said (I think, it him), if your going <u>through</u> hell keep going.
