Subject: Lower meds still going ok...but having some issues...

I don't know if it is the lower meds, but I think I may have to add an anti-anxiety med...as I am having some really weird and awful thoughts about Lornes trip. I am feeling jealous and alone and neglected and very much abandoned by this trip...and before the lower meds, I was the one that suggested the trip!!!? So I know all these thoughts are because of the lower dosage...and I have to keep track of them.

But on a positive note, I have made it to the gym every day since starting back, and even managed a couple of evening walks (short ones)...and so far I feel great.

I think Dayel is a little overwhelmed with the "every day" stuff she has to take part in right now...so today I kept her home. She was up last night, with a slight fever and achy legs...so I think she is growing and that just adds to her frustration. She was so grumpy yesterday afternoon, that she was very rude to her dad and I. It was disheartening to have her act up...but I talked to her and told her it was ok..to feel sad and mad...but to try to tell me what was making her feel bad. So she said, she didn't like leaving her shoes at school (she has a pair of running shoes for "inside" shoes that get left in the classroom)...any way...small steps...She is being very cuddly and clingy today...so we are trying to just take it easy...She has grown over 1/2 inch in 2 months...OMG...and she is as tall as a 2nd grader...and her clothes are fitting in the waist, but not in the legs...Yikes...

Well, have to go and spend some "cuddle time" with her..she wants to take a nap..

Love and hugs to you all

Rhonda
