Subject: Still here

I have been busy with Dayel over the past few days, she has had a cough...so nights were "sleepless"...but she is so much better today....yesterday was a good day for her too..but we did end up staying in bed till noon! OMG. I worked out last night...and weighed in at the gym and measured and now starts a 6 week program of high protein diet, with exercise and weighed once a week...I am excited about this....it is the first diet I have been on since I had Dayel! Trying to lose this weight on my own has been a frustration...so hopefully this will work.

Wish me luck...I have to get ready to walk Dayel to preschool...and it is also my helper day...so I get to stay in class with her.
