Subject: Exhausted... emotional... down in he dumps...

Several things just did not go right today. This morning I was barely recovered from the mental, emotional, and physical strain of yesterday. I was dehydrated also from not getting hydration infusion for five days. I was late getting up this morning, late getting to infusion, and it was about 2:30 p.m. before I got my first nourishing meal. I only had one nourishing meal yesterday. I had a ton of phone calls. Some of them were important and very time consuming. When I took a nap a while ago, I could not stay asleep long even after a warm bath, pain pill, and muscle relaxer. In addition, something keeps nagging at me. My son put 2000 miles on my car when he stole it during the month that I was hospitalized. He also drove with a window or windows down. He did get it washed on the outside. But with the window down, the dashboard and other surfaces are way dirty from road dirt. That is why I do not ride with the window open. Traveling cars kick up a ton of tiny particles of dirt and grime. It surrounds the car. I just cannot picture myself cleaning it with my fractured hip. Thus I will take it to a full service car wash that will cost me a penny or two. My car does not have that new car smell anymore. It just does not feel like it is my car anymore. Emotional, hun?

I am so tired, exhausted, done in. I am going to try to sleep. It is hell being so tired and not able to sleep.
