I feel that it is so cool to let Dayel have her feelings. When I was a kid, I was not allowed to have hurt feelings especially anger. I would get beat or sent to the dark basement. If I had a nickel for every time I heard, “shut up or I’ll give something to really cry about, get angry about, and so on. So cool of you Rhonda.

Working out consistently…. Way cool. If it ain’t addiction yet, it will be. Forming a good healthy habit… sounds better… don’t it?
