I called the lawyer today as well....I"ve been on the phone nearly all day LOL. He didn't call me back today, so I am hoping tommorrow. I want him there.....but if I get more information out of the hospital to use in a lawsuit later on, maybe it's best I don't have my attorney present.

The hospital is going to cover their butt.....tell me what I want to hear and get me the hell out of their hair. If having my attorney with me will put a little muscle behind me, things will get done.

So hopefully when he calls me back, Iwill tell him about the investigation findings andlet him decide what is best. We would have to schedule an appointment around his schedule ....he is in court all the time. I guess we will wait and see.

Thanks for the offer to drive up and see me. That meant alot to me.....I swear, when it gets warm and the roads aren't bad, we are going to get together....4 hours isn't too far, and maybe you can talk Dave into coming with you...LOL. I'd love to see all of you.
