Subject: Freakin A Little

Normally at this time of the year I get the " weirds " and don't understand it until it's over . October is a killer month for me . Like I said , I know that but most years I forget . October was one of the worst months for me in Vietnam . Things happened that were just beyond belief . Things that I know I will take to my grave with me . Things that made me an angry man for such a long time . Even though knowing this time about my bouts with October , yesterday the shit started hitting the fan . As I type this the inner shakes are playing hell with me . After all these years you would expect this bullshit to subside . Maybe in part that is my own fault . Normally I would try to use alcohol to try and drink myself into a coma . It's just seems like my meds are just totally not working . I spoke with my V.A. therapist today . Her advice , increase your meds and hang on tight . I know I have tons of good memories from my past . I just can't seem to find them right now . Thanks for listening .
