Subject: Finally Some Good News !

I guess you know the torment I was going through with my sex life . Well , the thought of jamming a needle into my penis , never , ever crossed my mind . Well , that thought doesn't even bother me now . My urologist put me on penile injections to make " Tiny Tim " turn the corner and become " Tom Tall " . I cannot even begin to tell you how this one plus has raised my self-esteem . It probably seems like a no big deal thing with you all . But , for me and my ego , it means a whole lot . Hope you don't mind me spreading my joy with you .
