Sorry you are so tired. I battle profound tiredness myself, although it stops short of chronic fatigue syndrome or the like. I am just always tired and it is one reason I haven't been able to stick with antidepressants -- they sedate me even more and make me feel worse.

Could you possibly be overdoing the physical exertion? I know a little exercise is good for combating tiredness. But extreme exercise could sap your energy totally.

A week ago, 20/20 did a show on busting boy myths. Here is one:

Superfit = Superhealthy

For the majority of us, the more we exercise, the stronger and healthier we are. But excess physical activity is as destructive to your body as Mike Tyson's right hand.

BTW, The Strawberry Pop-Tart Blow-Torch Experiment was last updated in August 1994 -- but Pandora.com is awesome for customized music listening online.
