Stuff... good stuff with a touch of physical pain..

Did you know that a heel bone spur can cause the mid underside of foot almost to the inside part of the foot to cramp repeatedly? So� ouch! <img src="http://www.richarddw.net/faces/s-frownface.gif" align="absmiddle">

I want to go to the park in morning. Maybe I should let my foot rest for another day. Maybe it is dehydration with electrolyte imbalance� X-rays will show. It will be a warm muggy morning anyway which cause me to sweat a bit too much and I will not be able to re-hydrate well. I did that over the weekend mornings but got hydration IV infusion this a.m. I�m addicted to the exercise and the beautiful park� I probably will go.

I have two mugs of coffee and Vicodin pain pill� hips and back way hurt more than usual today� so I am feeling a bit up now. I buy my coffee from �Melitta� online. Melitta has introduced new flavors. How do �Blueberry Cobbler� whole bean, �Strawberry Shortcake whole bean�, and Raspberry Hazel Nut whole bean, coffees sound? Soooooo gooood! <img src="http://www.richarddw.net/faces/s-smilelyface.gif" align="absmiddle">

So do I have a soft kind heart or am I just a sucker� jeez! My son, who got off years binge of speed, etc., came out here to me for support because he had no one else left to support him back out west, did not continue Narcotic Anonymous or therapy, jumped with both feet into a dysfunctional relationship with a nice enough young woman with a boy, moved in together, they vainly struggled to make a go of it, separating friendly like enough, and of course pops is going to lend him moremoney for first month rent, deposit and fees: $900. Then, my son propped up an obstruction of a dumbbell weight to keep his cat �Ochea� from escaping through the screen� Ochea managed to roll the weight onto her foot� yep broken bone� $215 for X-ray and cast (a pink cast too)� guess who is lending the money for that also. Well, my son says he will pay me back $200 per month as his new rent is $380 per month as opposed to the $700 presently. My son says he will do school and therapy now� talk is cheap� we will see. So� soft heart or sucker�??? Oh... and my son asks the vet how much to have Ochea fixed� of course� Ochea is pregnant� New apartment complex only allows one pet� Son will go �oops� when and if he gets caught with three new kittens� My son is one of those good looking guys that people/women do things for him or give him breaks� His bank (also my bank) let him owe $120 on overdrawn debit card for a month with only a penalty fee� shit, they would�ve hire hit men on me. The vet is a vet hospital and they will take the kittens if they are healthy.
