Hi Girl ,
I don't think the decrease in meds had anything to do with it . Really don't even understand where the nightmares were coming from . As you know , this is not a particular anniversary time for me . Not sure what set them off . It was worth the flashback just to rid my brain of the turmoil that it was going through . My stay in the hospital was just a couple of days of safety net . But , doing real good now . Hope you are doing well .
