A female can father a child by simply making an effort to ask a male to give his sperm to you and then it would be placed in a sperm bank.
To do so, when a male is found, you must tell him to climax within a number of days, that you choose for him. That includes the method of which he will climax. Now after that, you will pick another number of days in which he will climax for a second time. But this time it for the sperm bank. The male has to abstain from any type of sex, including climaxing, for a period of time you set.
Then you will choose the method by which he will climax that sperm. Then after that day comes, and you now have that males sperm in the sperm bank, under your own name only, you then will be able to choose who it may go too. You most likely will give it to a married female that has a husband that cannot impregnate her. But you make that decision. You will decide what the race, and the age, of the female who get's it. You will take part in determing when the artificial insemination takes place.
You can figure out the rest. But you are more responsible for creating a child, than the male that gave you his sperm.
