 how do you know any of this data is true besides the information given by the author? or to be more specific, how does the author know any of this to be true? the 'enlightened' author can't know about an afterlife for sure if he is currently living.... he may have his own theories, but does he have any follow up information to back these theories up?

or has the author proven these ideas and i missed it?
