Subject: Do you know where you will spend eternity?

Basically my big sister said she didn't want to see my little sister's boyfriend Charley because he was not family. Everyone is scheduled to come up and meet us sometime in September. Charley said he wouldn't come because she said that about him.

It made my little sister very upset and she got into an argument with my big sister over the phone.

My parents think that Adrienne, my big sister, is being really selfish in that she does not want to see Charley just because he is not family yet. They have condemned her attitude. She doesn't want to meet him when she comes in September. And for some reason, her husband agrees with her.

That is going to change. He will be our family in a year or so when he marries my little sister. They are going to get married. So I don't know why Adrienne is treating Charley this way.

I have prayed about it. So far GOD has said nothing on the matter, but your advice is needed here. I am looking for help, so please don't point fingers or be judgmental.

My opinion? I have nothing against Charley. I don't know why she doesn't like him, and to me, it seems kind of unfair. He never did anything to her.
