I would be interested in renting my house on Prudence during deer season. It may be too big or expensive for just the two of you. It has 2 bedrooms down and 3 up. 1 bath. Juse down the street from the ferry. I would be looking for $1,000/week, maximum people 5,and would negotiate a longer stay.
