I'm looking for a small cottage/cabin to rent from may 27th to july 3rd 2008. I am a responsible graduate student who is looking for a peaceful place to study for an important exam. I have two well-behaved small cats that would need to come with me. Excellent references from my current landlord (for myself and the pets) are available. Research project - value of Island Vs Non-Island cottages.
I'm appraising an island-like property with development restricted to cottages. I've identified Narragansett Bay as an area with both island- and non-island cottages, on similar bodies of water. In exchange for help, I'd be happy to share the results of my research and analysis.

from the 40's thru the 50's my family rented a cottage on the Island on Naraganssett. It was called the IT'LL DO and was located north of the lighthouse. This summer we are trying to plan a reunion and would love to rent the old cottage. I have looked at the for rents and am having trouble picking the house out. If someone would be kind enough to send me the street number I would greatly appreciate it.
