Author: DJEgirl... *winking and throwing the ball back to Posty*
Subject: Gosh, you love to keep me on my toes, don'tcha? ;-) Yes, the dead "twin" was bad, making Sara the good one!! I saw Gil's confession as one of regret... he looked so dejected when he said, "I couldn't do it". If he was relieved about it, don't you think he would've looked... I dunno... happy?
In reply to: Postrider, ::winking:: at DJEgirl! 's message, "Well, I know! The Sara look-alike was BAD girl! So, maybe this was an episode of Supergirl and she was The Bizzarro version! Oh, and then there was that little admission that Gil made about chosing to do the SMART thing when an offer was made he could refuse...and DID!!!" on 18:17:47 05/06/04 Thu

I just thought he was wistful, because he recognized that it was the only prudent thing he could do, but he was probably flattered that she did it--and then, maybe he knew she was in the viewing area with the speaker on, and didn't want to appear that he had dismissed it out-of-hand. -- Postrider, who still thinks that the pragmatism of the decision lies in the age difference., 13:57:36 05/07/04 Fri [1]

[> [> [> [> [> I have no doubt in my mind that one of the largest factors in his reluctance is the 15 (or so) years spanning their age difference. However, I am one who believes that, when it comes to true love, time and age shouldn't matter. It's what lies in the heart that counts. -- DJEgirl... and I assure you, buddy, that if he knew Sara was in the viewing room, he wouldn't have even STARTED talking!, 15:51:28 05/07/04 Fri [1]

[> [> [> [> [> [> Can I jump in here? Don't know which way I lean, toward a Griss-Sara 'ship, or one with Cath. But, I agree, age should not matter. What did you think of the previews? (I noticed the one shown after the show is not the one currently on the CBS page). Anyway, what did you make of the exchange b/w G and S, about him not having a problem with her? That was between G and S, right? Well, I'm over, so I'll continue... inside -- julie, 17:51:08 05/07/04 Fri [1]

Assuming that the preview wasn't sliced together for "effect," do you think it was totally work-related, or perhaps there is something more there? I haven’t seen or heard any spoilers as to what is to come for the rest of the season, and was just curious what this could be about.

[> [> [> [> [> [> [> I didn't get to see the previews... the VCR cut off before they aired. Since we're nearing the finale, I wouldn't be surprised if it was personal (cliff-hanger effect). Like you, Julie, I haven't read any spoilers mentioning that (and I regularly check a Grissom/Sara spoiler site), so they may have decided to add that as a surprise at the last minute. I dunno. Guess we'll have to wait and see! -- DJEgirl... still on the fence, huh? Wow. I can't even remember what that feels like, LOLOL!, 20:12:45 05/07/04 Fri [1]

[> [> [> [> [> [> [> [> Couple things. What is that spoiler site? I know, I try to stay spoiler-free, but who am I kidding? LOL!! I always cave in and look! When is the season finale?? The preview after the show was Totally different than what is on the CBS site. I'll double-check the preview later this evening and give you a synopsis. I do remember there was a scene with Griss and Cath, where he tells her she couldn't be on the case. I'm thinking that's b/c the investigation is at a casino - perhaps S.B's?? -- Julie, 20:31:48 05/07/04 Fri [1]

[> [> [> [> [> [> [> [> [> Yep, casino is Sam Braun's. Oughta be interesting how it all plays out... website address of spoiler/shipper site inside... -- DJEgirl, 22:45:12 05/07/04 Fri [1]

It's called "CSI/Playing with Fire/Grissom and Sara"... after you enter the site, just click on "Spoilers".
