Fort Eustis, lemmy see, wasn't that the stomping ground of John Rolfe and his spouce, the lovely Princess Pocahontas? Back in the days, as they say.
As for Endview, I hear they're hostin' Big Bethel this June.
Glad to see that you're still in the thick o' things.
I envy you the local seafood and the historical (hysterical?) setting, but the cold is an entirely different matter.
Considerin' that Ft. Eustis' reason for being was Fort (formerly Fortress) Monroe do you have an occasion to visit?
I confess I love the place not only for the BIG guns and stern walls, but ya gotta have a warm spot in your heart for the place where Jefferson Davis was caged.
