I have a client that is looking for MT 103 one way with the following scenario.
The client would like to have a soft MT 103 , one way for 100 million Euro , to be cancelled after 3 days and renewed again , and then cancelled after 3 days again and renewed.

Period is as long as you can keep on supplying.

client is offering 3% commission for every time the MT is done (Issued or renewed).

Commissions would be paid in the form of a letter from the client signed by the bank for the contract.
