3. PARTY A WILL ISSUE, DELIVER A MT103 TWO WAY CONFIRMATION-BANK TO BANK TO PARTY B FOR AUTHENTICATION & VERIFICATION IN FAVOUR OF PARTY B.
4.PROPOSED SWIFT MT 103 TO BE RECEIVED IN RECEIVING BANK IS TO BE FURTHER CONFIRMED ON BANK TO BANK BASIS , THE ISSUING BANK IS ONLY LIMITED TO ISSUING THE SWIFT MT103 MESSAGE FOR IT IS APPEARANCE INTO THE RECEIVERS BANK SCREEN AND CONFIRMATION SHALL FOLLOW .
5.LANGUAGE IN THE BODY OF THE SCREEN MESSAGE IS ONLY BUT A MIRROR DESIGNED TO ASSIST THE RECEIVER PARTY “ B “ TO ARRANGE CREDIT LINEFROM RECEIVING BANK , AND ACTIVATE PAYMENTS WITHIN 72 HOURS, IF RECEIVING BANK IN HK, OR 7 BANKING DAYS IF RECEING BANK IN RUSSIA ....AFTER VERIFY TO THE ISSUER GROUP IN 50-60 %(As agreed) OF CONTRACT AMOUNT AND ALL PARTIES WITHIN THE CONTRACT SHALL BE PAID AS PER THE MFPA.
