We have an excellent project to create an airline in sub-Saharan Africa supported by international technical partnership (Airbus, ATR and Sabre Airline Solutions). The investment is estimated at USD 300-400 million.

Our project is definitely validate its Business Plan on the basis of an aviation activity from 3 African capitals: Dakar (Senegal), Cotonou (Benin) and Kinshasa (DR Congo).

Currently, we have the opportunity to shorten our time to start our company by acquiring the national airline Senegal, Senegal Airlines, which suffers from some problems of finance, strategy and overall vision.

We are taking a candidate in Senegal Airlines capital up to 45% of the shares and the Government of Senegal will be an institutional sponsor to validate the recovery of the Senegalese company in our project. This recovery could effectively within 45-60 days.

Also, we are looking for partners-investors for a joint venture of USD 400 Million.

If your company is interested in such a partnership in Africa, we invite you to send us a formal letter of intent defining the maximum amount provided for your financial intervention, the terms, conditions and procedure and the maximum period of implementation of funds.
