We will provide an additional revenue stream for existing profitable companies with solid financials while utilizing private equity collateral strategically placed for optimal benefit to both companies. Our target business does 20 million USD plus annually in sales with solid credit and financials to fulfill instantaneous loans and/or acting revolving credit lines. As the perspective group with merit we must discover the direct credit partner that would ensure the process of repayment. The asset in query is pulled from an existing portfolio which is quite unlimited among real estate, oil & mineral commodities.

We will be provided full power of appointment and autonomy to use the guarantor signature to secure the credit as true default mechanisms. We will also be provided the full extent and capability to either use Private or Institutional Funds as required to provide a lien structure based upon the format that is chosen whether it will be Private or Institutional.

Your firm will be strictly a silent credit partner accepting a fee as the only shape or form of control.
