故事大綱:
唐大中13年,皇帝昏庸,朝廷腐敗,民間湧現不少反官府的組織,其中以「飛刀門」的勢力最大,於是朝廷下令「奉天縣」兩大捕頭－劉捕頭(劉德華飾)、金捕頭(金城武飾)十日內緝拿「飛」幫主歸案.........二人分頭行事,劉得悉舞妓小妹(章子怡飾)是「飛」前幫主的女兒,二人設下圈套,金化名隨風大俠,救出小妹,藉此取得信任,路上對小妹呵護備致,大家互生情意,只可惜這對戀人跟本就不能相愛,最終二人命運會怎樣呢？
