Subject: Wagon owner contact info?
In reply to: Dusty Lind 's message, "Re: Franklin Event" on Saturday, October 09, 09:44am

I would greatly appreciate the contact information for the gentlemen who brought the wagons. We are planning the campaign event of Lee's Final Retreat (Appomattox) and need some wagons for both sides. Hopefully one or more of them live close to Virginia or don't mind a bit of a drive.

The event is April 15-17 2005 in a corner of Virginia that has changed very little since 1865. We will follow the original retreat route for about 4 miles per day living completely out of wagons and knapsacks.

Thanks in advance!

Doug Cooper
