Greetings All,
I am very excited to announce to you a new ministry that we have been enabled to begin by the grace of God. Beginning Sunday December 19th Heritage Fellowship Church will start meeting for weekly services at the Pilot Grove Chapel at Old City Park in Dallas, Texas.

Please join us at our opening meeting!! I have provided a few FAQs below. Of course, on the 19th I will share this information in greater detail.
What is Heritage Fellowship Church?
This will be a church for the reenacting community. It is non denominational and open to anyone and everyone who wants to attend, regardless of their denominational affiliation.
Non-period dress is acceptable however, period dress is required to access the park free of charge. Period 19th century dress will be the standard for the Church. Services will be held in the fashion of the period with all references being contemporary to the 19th century. Having said that this is very much a real church, with a real mission and a relevant message.
Why a church for Reenactors?
Reenactors are a close nit community of individuals that love every aspect of the time period. This church simply provides an atmosphere that can be enjoyed by those who love living history. Cowboy churches, for instance, have been met with great success because they provide a comfortable atmosphere for those who enjoy western themes. As a result, many have been touched by the Lord in a culture they can relate to. It has been said many times that the Lord will meet you wherever you are.

Will this be a real Church?
Yes! Absolutely in every sense of what a church is supposed to do. Although we will have a living history feel and setting, the church will meet the spiritual, emotional and physical needs of its members. This is certainly not dress up or make believe, just a different atmosphere.
What is the Vision of Heritage Fellowship Church?
The Vision and Mission of Heritage Fellowship Church is:
1. To be a light to the reenacting community that expresses the true message of compassion and hope God has for his creation.
2. To teach its members their glorious heritage in Christ and the plan God has for theirs lives.
3. To reach the lost with the message of salvation through faith in Christ.
4. To provide a living history atmosphere that attracts those in the reenacting community and provides an opportunity to minister the timeless Word of God.
To reach beyond our fellowship and support foreign missions and other outreach
efforts that reaches the world with the love of God.
