^-Dimly noticing Shannon turn invisible, the Taiko shrugs it off and leaps cat-style onto a stool. Her eyes seem distant and unfocused, as though she were off in another world...

A slight sigh escaped the female's lips as she was shoved out the door.
Dumped out of another foster home... she thought, pulling her knife out of its sheath and looking at herself in the blade. She'd had that knife since before she could remember. It was the only thing she had left of her first home.
Not that she'd liked her real parents. Her mother was dead; Father had killed her when Silver was barely 5 years old, and she'd been forced to watch the whole thing. No one had believed her when she told them about her father-Lenea Mella was a well-respected gentleman, and no one would think otherwise. But she could still remember the first time he had hit her...
She didn't let anyone get close to her, and so she had earned the title of El Paria-the Outcast.
Turning her eyes to the road, she started walking...
