were are you based, i do not have measurements to hand but waist approx 23- i am willing to have it altered if necessary

Hi there, i am based in belfast and off the top of my head i think the dress is 24" around the waist again though im not sure!!! If you want to have a look at it it is on www.danceireland.co.uk its dress number 1.6 in the elevation gallery.
