Subject: New Dress for Sale

This brand new dress is made of white velour with silver holographic dots. The appliqué is made of orange, turquoise, red, and flame colored liquid lame as well as black velour with black dots.
The lining is done in orange liquid lame and the pleats are flame liquid lame.
It has a matching tiara and kick pants.
This dress was made by Shannon Solo Creations in May 2004
The measurements are as follows:
Size- Ladies 10-12
Bust - 32"
Waist - 28"
Skirt Length 19"
Sleeves 21"
Shoulder to Shoulder 13"
Back of neck to waist 14"
Total Length 32"
