Striking 3 panel embroidered hemline and panels in black organza (small glitter & jewels on it) with neon orange satin underlining with black polka dots. Applique done in fishscale sequence (turquoise, orange, black & silver) One of kind designs, unique shawl, panties included & tiara backing. Sleeves made out of black fishscale sequence finished with neon orange (polka dot) ruffle sleeves. Still looks fab. on stage! You will get noticed in this dress!!!
