Kley keeps her head hung, pretending shame, until the snarl jerks her attention up. As one, she and her Koratian companion approach the black, with Banretin's large green eyes awed at such a pretty Korat. They listen, and Kley wrinkles her muzzle at the prospect of making objects of war. She likes hunting, and racing, not blood and murder. Shaking her still-wet muzzle, she lowers herself next to the young striped and whispers, "You help the cubs watch, I'm going to get some fish. Behave yourself, punk." Giving him a playful muzzle-shove, the Xenne rises and trots over to a nearby stream, using speed and hand-paw coordination to swipe silvery fish from the water and kill them swiftly and as painlessly as possible. Banretin grins and bounds up a tree, tannish agility aiding him in that venture, and keeps a sharp lookout.
