Liberty Group Complaints and Experiences
Welcome This is a resource to give testimony about the fraudulent activity of liberty group services in order to build enough evidence to hopefully form a class action suit for criminal negligence in the fact they keep committing fraud by doing various illegal acts. My story is as follows. They called me to solicit a �credit Card� I specifically asked it had a visa or MasterCard logo the said yes I told them I planned t use it for vacation they said this was fine. I was told I would receive it in 30 days or less try a little over 45. It was not a regular credit card it was for a catalog. I called in the weeks to follow repeating it was for my vacation and that I needed it on time in the 30-day period they specified. Yes they deducted $250.00 from my bank account. After talking with several people I gave up and decided to wait. I finally received the card 2 days after my vacation. It of course was a card for their catalog and not at all what they assured me it was. Their was even a discussion with the rep about not running out to Wal-Mart and �MAXING� out the card the first day so they clearly had knowledge I expected a real �credit card� this makes it illegal because they took money and misrepresented the product or service intentionally. I was very specific about my plans for this card. I have created this forum to hopefully ban us together in a large suit a split the money so we can make them responsible for their illegal behavior. Here is some further information I gathered about the company. Please post your stories here and we can take them to court and what ever you walk of life we work hard to get our money and we need to make all those get rich quick scammers work twice as hard to steal it from us. My whole life motto is I have to follow the law why should I let the next guy get away with shady behavior.
