Very sorry to hear of your loss, mayor. My relationship with my own sister is as unique and precious as any I've ever had. I think I can imagine your sorrow, and I know it must be very deep.

As hard as it is for the loved ones left, when someone has been ill for a long time, there's a certain comfort from knowing that their struggle is over. I hope that's true for you, and I will certainly keep your family in my prayers these coming weeks.
