They have free reign to write whatever crap they want and no one thinks that could be the reason that fans are giving up on soap operas.

Daytime viewers are giving up on soaps and these morons in charge are blaming cable channels, OJ Simpson and the internet. They brag about fall sweeps saying "people will die" which we all know to mean that another beloved veteran is getting the boot. They seem to think that they can write anything and soap fans will watch and yet the ratings drop and they can't make the connection.

GH is a male fantasy, all guns and boobs ready to jump on the nearest man. Women are portrayed as middle aged groupies, harpies, shrews and nymphomaniacs. Their leading lady is completely self-absorbed and their leading man kills people and shows no remorse.

Is Lucky being give the AJ/Tony Jones treatment? Once Jiz become a couple will that be the end of Elizabeth? Jason will always survive.

I only watched about 10 minutes of yesterday's show before turning over to Ellen. I'd seen enough of Sonny's posturing and issuing threats to the new guy in town, and it's too much for me to see Lucky turning into such a lunkhead. Luke and Laura's kid should not be dumb as a brick.
