Subject: Hey yall

Havent posted for awhile. Been hectic here lately.

And it isn't getting better. My daughter took her ex back to court to get standard custody. He had quit his job, moved back into his mothers house. Quit school & just basically stopped caring about stuff. So no health insurance for her daughter. He doesn't even go to her school events or t-ball games.

So Jen went out & got a job that would help her be able to spend more time with Hailey & get health insurance. She got a job as a school nurse. Perfect right!! Same time off, holidays etc.

So she takes him to court so that she would have more control on how Hailey was being taken care of. Cause asshat isn't doing it.

She lost! Can you believe it??? Asshat has no job, no car, lives with mom, is ruining jen's credit, doesn't do shit with his daughter,his mom pays for everyting & she freaking loses!!!! He made 9000 last yr Jen made over 35. What is wrong with this picture?

Oh and get this she has to pay his lawyer fees!! It makes no sense. The man hasnt taken care of his daughter at all!!

But Jen gets punished for trying to do better & take care of her daughter. My daughter is just devastated. She want's to give up. It is really hard right now. I hurt so bad for her.

That judge was a real joke. Plus they called in Haileys teacher from last yr& she lied on the stand. Saying that she couldnt "recall" ever seeing Jen at any school funtions.

Jen went to all of them. Her ex did none. Jen has done everything right. That asshat just sits over at his moms house & does nothing. How do I know?? He lives across the street from us at his moms house!~ So I know.

I am at a lost. My daughter is hurting so bad & I can't do anything! She has done everthing right but yet she is getting penalized for it. Then the asshat sets over there at his moms house and does nothing!! Momma does it for him.


It just sucks.
I just needed to vent. I have never heard of a judge giving a man that has no job or means of giving his child the basic needs that the child needs that much control of his childs life. He hasn't shown that he cares for her.

Thanks for letting me vent.
