If memory serves me, the ratings went UP during her time on air last year. I know I'm too old for my opinion to count but I can't help but think that younger viewers want to see the show grounded by vets. At the rate they're going, the Spencer and Q families will all but be gone soon. GH is dying a slow and painful death, IMO. I'm glad Genie seems happy and hope her TV movie is a success.

I don't get the Hallmark channel anymore. One Man & A Truck(what I call the local cable) dropped it and raised prices. We have Direct TV at our travel trailer in south AL where Ronnie is working right now and I like it. Think when the job is over down there I'm just going to drop cable and have it put in here. So many new houses are being built that the trees probably won't be a problem anymore. The woods are disappearing along with the wildlife, dammit!!!
