Does ABC decide which of their actors will present at the Emmys or is the invitation generated from the presenting network, CBS? It seems unlikely that CBS would want to glorify ABC's legendary couple but then again it seems strange that ABC would make a big announcement of a return on CBS.

In the interview, I thought there was a long awkward pause when the DJ said to Geary did you ever think that someday you would be moving into the patriarch position at General Hospital? After a pause he said, "it kinda' looks that way." Not an exact quote but pretty close.

Wish we could get a new headwriter before Genie comes back. Guza will never remarry them. Got to wonder if bringing back Genie is to reunite Laura with Luke and then drive off into the sunset. Maybe Geary is retiring when his contract is up next year.
