How braindead are these writers?

Sam feels justified in watching a helpless infant be kidnapped by an unstable woman because Jason lied to her for months?????????? Who is unstable here? She let the police and the entire town search for this baby because Jason lied to her.

Sam kept saying over and over "you lied to me" as if that's the worst thing he's ever done. He's a murderer, a thug, the right hand of the mafia head and you are upset because he's a liar. Speaking of liars, Sam wasn't honest with Jason about her past either.

The only thing that is interesting to me is waiting for Carly to find out that her "best friend" fathered Liz' baby Jake. Anxiously awaiting that revelation.
