He was at 10 years ago, so suddenly he's 35 when he should be 55. Whatever.

It is completely ridiculous. If he was a temporary psycho who would romance Alexis before getting killed off, I think this could be a pretty cool storyline. However now that he's sticking around and going to be a major character, this is just getting worse and worse by the second.

I was listening to Lost podcasts this week and the writers said that they knew that Paulo and his girlfriend (Nikki?) were a flop but they felt they gave them good "payoff" with their final episode (where they both died in a macabre way) and I couldn't help but compare it to Guza. Maybe "Jerry" had a bang-up entrance into the show but there will be no payoff for whatever it is Guza has in store. It's just the sign of a poor storyteller.

And btw - Jerry is AUSTRALIAN and ALASKAN - not English like Craig sounds. Idiots.
