The canals inside my ears itch and it drive me bonkers.

Usually I take a benadryl before going to bed, and that lasts into most of the next day. I don't like to take them during the day due to the drowsiness.

Otherwise, I really need to get my prescription for zyrtec refilled, but that makes me drowsy, too. :(
