Did you know that everybody cannot afford paying twice a month for your mortgage?
Why is it that one model does not work for everybody?
Why cannot the company do business at the company not at homes?
Combining your debt+ your mortgage w/ a 9% interest rate+ 2 a month is very wrong. You have to shop around for a low interest rate. You cannot just make a decision fast kine. Pushes sales people will brainwash you into buying things that you do not need.
A consumer claims a Primerica loan rep is suggesting he refinance his 5.875% loan to an interest only 8% loan. "I have an irritating Primerica salesperson who wants me to switch my mortgage to him. I am currently at 5 7/8 percent, and his mortgage rate is around 8 percent. But, he claims their mortgage is simple interest and will save me money. Plus he claims they are the only ones that offer a simple mortgage interest rate. I am tempted to do this because I have about $21,000 in credit card debt that I would like to put into a mortgage and be done with it. What do you suggest? And what can you tell me about his claims? — P.M., by email"

In essence the writer responds, 'no way!' "What this salesperson is offering doesn't make sense on any level. You don't want him anywhere near your finances."
