Dear Sir and Madam,
We have received confirmation from a Swiss Finance Trust Cooperator that Swiss Finance Trust will
protect our credits with a bank guarantees from a AA Banks.
We need two credits in the amounts of 10 million USD & 230 millions USD.
They will be guaranteed by the bank on it's own terms or through another bank or credit firm:

This procedure, which was written above, will be followed:
1. the transfer of the client’s documents for you:
- RHB – company registration number
- NIP – tax number
- REGON – statistical number
- Passport copy
- Business plan
2. The project approval by the bank and issuance of a Letter of Intent ( as attached)
3. The Letter of Intent is received by the client’s representative ( attorney )
4. The client’s bank and issuing bank (Letter of Intent ) communicate in order to issue a
bank
guarantee or other bank instrument which satisfies both banks.
5. The bank guarantee will be issued by AA Bank.
6. The client’s signs a joint venture agreement with Swiss Finance Trust for project
financing
according to the business plan.
7. The loan (principal and 6% interest) is paid back by the AA bank after one year."
Will you grant us these credits? If yes, under what conditions will they be given?
