Dear Tully Families
Now that the fall session is in full swing, please note the following guidelines for the benefit of your dancer and to improve your dancer�s classroom experience:
� Dancers are requested to make up classes at their own class level and not attend classes at other levels. While we appreciate the diligence of our dancers and willingness to practice, it is important that those who enrolled in the class get 100% of the teacher�s attention.
� Dancers, please be respectful of those who are dancing. Do not distract the teacher while they are watching the designated set of dancers work through their steps. The unused section of the classroom is always available to continue practicing. Be courteous and hold all questions and discussions for the teacher until there is no one dancing.
� Parents, if you have a question for the teacher, please send a note with your question instead of entering the classroom. Every question / conversation, no matter how brief, takes time away from starting the next class. Wig, shoes, socks and other purchases can also be arranged by sending a note in with your dancer.
� All requests for privates are to be handled through the Tully Office. At minimum, dancers may request a private if they are taking two classes and have no outstanding balances.

Dear Tully Families: Please do not put a deposit on a solo dress or purchase a solo dress without getting explicit approval from Sheila Tully. REMINDERS FOR PARENTS DURING CLASS TIME:PLEASE remember at ALL dance locations and especially the studio (and in particular now during show classes),that parents and siblings need to STAY OUT OF THE CLASSROOM!! This includes the foyer in the studio!With many dancers involved, it makes it very difficult to teach a class with distracting activity going on with others watching and talking and taking up extra space. -- Tully Post, 14:47:16 02/26/07 Mon [1]
We know that there are often questions you may need to ask the teacher. If is is a basic dance,St.Pat's season question,feis,or administrative issue; please email tullyacademy@aol.com to see if they can answer your question or get a timely answer for you from a teacher.Since there is really little to no time during or in between classes for personal issues, please send a note with your child with a short message of what individual matter you would like to discuss with the teacher, with a phone number and convenient time to reach you. The teacher will be happy to call you to answer personal questions at that time. Please do not take class time for these personal issues!
Again, for the benefit of everyone , please remain TOTALLY out of the classroom area,the studio foyer and ALSO out of any of our CLOSETS at the studio.No one should ever be in the closet without permission or without a teacher. Thank you so much for helping the teachers get the most accomplished during YOUR dancer's class time without interruptions and distractions!

Please make sure you do not PURCHASE any used costume before you have it approved. Many costumes have an "old" style to them ,especially those without the new stiff front panel on the red jumpers. Please try it on and have it checked before you buy it!! (NT) -- Thank you!, 07:13:09 01/18/08 Fri
