I would say 85% of these graphics on this site start off as vector graphics that I create with Adobe Illustrator. They are then brought into Adobe Photoshop for further and final touch up. Some logos are easy to do, though many take a long time to create. As far as creating logos for a Baseball Warriors or Bulldogs I will direct you to this web site: http://www.logoserver.com/index.html. They have many logos that might give you some good ideas!
